All ingredients in our DIY Syrup Kits are certified organic and 100% of the elderberries are American Elderberries grown locally on our family farm in Willamina, Oregon. American Elderberries contain higher levels of antioxidants and retain more of their beneficial qualities after processing than the majority of elderberries sold in the U.S. (imported European elderberries).
